Michael Lohan was arrested again in Florida just after he allegedly contacted his GF Kate Major - and the police told TMZ, tried to escape by jumping from a third floor balcony ... and the fall of 34 feet on the ground ... and the police say drugs and alcohol were involved.According to police sources, the Tampa police responded to a call this morning from Kate, who said that Michael had been trying to contact her by telephone and gave her no peace.
We are told that the officials interviewed Kate in her apartment after she made the call - the same apartment where Michael allegedly the waterfall until early this week - and while they were there, Michael allegedly called again.
According to the law, officials believed Michael was a "threat" - so that winds to the hotel to arrest him.
But here's the crazy part - the police told TMZ, Michael tried to escape by jumping off the balcony of his third story ... but fell 34 feet to the ground, crashing into a wooden chair ... and then tried to hide in the trees.
After agents knocked him down, Michael was placed under arrest for violating a condition of pretrial release (probably to contact Kate) ... and resisting arrest without violence.
Michael is back in custody - in the same prison he was released less than twelve hours.
